Discovering Your Inner Monastery
Father Christopher Jamison of Worth Abbey, a prominent figure on the BBC reality TV show "The Monastery," explores the applications of monastic life and the teachings of Saint Benedict to our often chaotic modern lives.
Saint Benedict wrote his monastic rule fifteen centuries ago.
This rule still guides many people today and is the foundation of 21st-century Benedictine monasteries and convents.
The author suggests ways to apply this wisdom outside the monastery. He primarily addresses those who are unsure of their beliefs but are searching for a space of spirituality and peace.
This original work is already a resounding success in the UK.
